I work as an Assistant Teaching Professor in UW HCDE since January 3, 2023. I also work on departmental outreach efforts in HCDE. I am not looking to mentor additional PhD students at this time. 

My research work is in mental health and I have amazing collaborators and mentors who make my work fulfilling and fun. Prior to this, I worked as a postdoc in Dr. Gillian Hayes’ STAR lab in the Department of Informatics at the University of California, Irvine. I completed my PhD in Human Centered Design and Engineering (HCDE) at the University of Washington, Seattle in Dec 2020. I was co-advised by Dr. Julie Kientz and Dr. Sean Munson. I completed my Master’s in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology (Atlanta) in May 2015.
