Faculty Assembly Spring Meeting 5/24/19

The Faculty Assembly Spring Meeting took place on Friday, May 24, 2019. This year’s theme was Equity & Inclusion. Presentations included:

• UW Tacoma’s Bias Incident Report Committee – Casey Byrne, Director of Academic Personnel, and Susan Wagshul-Golden, Director of Campus Safety
• The UW Climate Survey – Dr. Marian Harris, Faculty Assembly Vice Chair and Professor of Social Work
• UW Tacoma’s Race & Equity Steering Committee – Dr. James McShay, Assistant Chancellor for Equity and Inclusion
