Zoom Cloud Recordings Missing for Your Students in Canvas?
There is currently an issue for some instructors that is resulting in their Zoom Cloud Recordings not being visible to their students in Canvas, though the instructors can see them. If this is happening to you, look for the Publish column in the Cloud Recordings tab within Canvas, and make sure the toggle is set to On for each recording:
A simple practice, endorsed by UW IT (who is working on this known issue) is to login to Canvas and adjust this when you receive the automatic email notification that your recording has finished processing.
If this fix doesn’t work for you, please contact Media Services.
