We launched the first event in our new talk series focused on pathways into research during college and beyond. The inaugural session was a strong start, featuring research assistants from the Black Adult Resilience Study who shared insights from their academic and professional journeys.
Panelists discussed their experiences working in research, the skills they’ve developed, and practical guidance for students and early-career scholars interested in getting involved in research opportunities. The conversation highlighted both the challenges and rewards of research careers, offering attendees valuable, firsthand perspectives.
We thank everyone who attended and contributed to a thoughtful and engaging discussion.
