Mentor Overview

T90s and R90s will receive hands-on research training during the BRIDG program by working closely with inter-disciplinary research mentors. The mentors have active funding for their research programs, mentorship experience, and content or methodological expertise that align closely with NCCIH priorities.

The mentors’ areas of expertise span the Translational Research Spectrum – including areas of CIH content (e.g., natural products, mind/body, CIH health services, acupuncture, pain) and their expertise in the methods and skills necessary to perform translational and clinical research (e.g., clinical trials, early phase translational research, toxicology/pharmacokinetics, clinical epidemiology, observational research in existing data sets, qualitative research, comparative effectiveness).  Find out more about the T90 mentors and R90 mentors.
