The American Waterworks Association and Water Environment Federation Student Chapter at the University of Washington is a leading student organization in the field of Environmental Engineering in the Pacific Northwest. It aims to develop the professional skills of Environmental Engineering students and foster connections with young professionals in the industry. The chapter hosts weekly seminars in collaboration with the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, organizes quarterly events such as field visits and cleanup activities, and assists students in resume writing and interview preparation.
