Student Organization Planning in 2020-2021

Hello CEE students!

In preparation for Autumn quarter and the 2020-2021 school year, we’re starting to plan how things will look this year for our student organizations. I have attached a list of current CEE organizations. For each one, we will need the following information: 

  • Student Organization Name
  • Faculty Advisor
  • Student Leadership Information: For each student leader, we need to know their first and last name, student ID number, major, the name of their role/position, email address, and phone number.

If you are part of a student organization that is not on this list, please email us with the above information and let us know who you are!

Additionally, we will be holding an info session right before the start of Autumn quarter to discuss how student organizations will look this year. We’re asking that each organization send 1-2 representatives (ideally someone in a leadership role) to the meeting. Once you know who will attend the meeting on your organization’s behalf, that person should complete this when2meet form indicating their availability.
