Reminder: CoE Asian/Pacific America Heritage Month Presentation TODAY

Here’s a reminder that, in tribute of Asian and Pacific American Heritage Month, the College of Engineering invites you to Visibility is not Enough: A conversation on the Model Minority Myth and Anti-Asian Hate Crimes.

 The CoE invites all community members to join our session with esteemed guest Connie So on the model minority myth and its relation to hate crimes and racism against Asian and Pacific Americans. Following the presentation there will also be an optional discussion for those who identify as API to discuss identity and place within STEM as well as how we can move forward to a better future.
