Student Job Opportunity – CEE 317 TA

Hi CEE Students, The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering is currently accepting applications for the position of an undergraduate TA for Autumn Quarter 2022 for CEE 317 – GeoSurveying.  

The position requires assistance with the labs on Tuesdays from 1:30 to 4:20, Wednesdays from 10:30 to 1:20, Thursdays from 1:30 to 4:20 and Fridays from 8:30 to 11:30. Lab instructions are given by the instructor. The TA will be responsible for checking the equipment out and back in, responding to student questions as they work regarding lab procedures, and making sure that equipment remains functioning during the lab. The position does not require office hours. You may apply for some or all the labs.

 

To be eligible for the position, you should have taken the course at UW.  Working knowledge of AutoCAD,  Civil3D, and AtcGIS is a plus. The position pays $17.79 per hour.
