Hello Students,
As an M.S. alum of the EPP program, I recommend it for anyone interested in technology and policy interaction. The mentioned program flyer can be found at:

I hope this message finds you all well. EPP continues to grow its professional M.S. degree in Engineering and Public Policy, adding nine new students this year. As we gear up for this year’s recruiting season, we are hoping you could help us get the word out to potentially interested students.
EPP M.S. students aspire to work at the intersection of technology and public policy and to grapple with the implications of emerging technologies for organizations and society. Incoming students have a variety of technical backgrounds from their prior degrees or professional experience. While most students have a science or engineering undergraduate degree, we also consider social scientists with an interest in technology issues and a strong quantitative background. EPP students go on to careers in government, business, consulting, academia, and non-profits around the world. The program has particular strengths in energy systems, risk analysis, climate and environment, information and communication technology and artificial intelligence, and technology innovation policy. This is a flexible three-semester program, but it can be completed in two semesters (9 months) for students who elect a heavier workload.
Prospective students can find out more on the website [cmu.edu] and apply via this application link [gradadmissions.engineering.cmu.edu] – the deadline is December 15th.
We will also have an information session for prospective students on November 1st at 1-2 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time. Please mark your calendars and forward this email to anyone who might be interested in attending. https://cmu.zoom.us/meeting/register/tJEsceCprTMsEte7SU_O5njjr9cR_ceJAKlc [cmu.zoom.us]
