Louisiana State University is partnering with Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) and the American Society of Thermal and Fluids Engineers (ASTFE) for research and professional training activities for a diversified group of graduate students. They are now seeking 4 to 5 US graduate students to participate in the 2020 program, where you can study at Hong Kong Polytechnic or the University of Macau. The trip duration would be from late June to mid July.
Any research topics in the following areas are acceptable: building energy and simulation, building thermal environment and urban climate, environmental and energy economics, indoor air quality, sustainable construction, sustainable transportation systems, sustainable urban design and land use, and Urban housing policies.
Depending on the availability of funding, they will also recruit a few participating faculty members to offer a summer program (one week) for students in Hong Kong or Macau, June 22 – 26, 2020.
