About APWA:
We provide opportunities to develop relationships with local professionals in the field of public works to understand not only future career opportunities but also get direct leads on employment! We also host resume reviews, networking sessions, and tours to public works sites like the UW Power Plant and SeaTac International Airport.

The field of public works is vast and includes all aspects of civil engineering, environmental science and engineering, construction management, and public administration. The Washington State chapter of APWA is the 3rd largest chapter in the country and is very active in education, advocacy, and networking. Membership in the UW Chapter is also free!
