At the University of Colorado Boulder, the Civil, Environmental, and Architectural Engineering department is pleased to share an opening for a funded Ph.D. position that will be focused on improving construction safety on jobsites. What makes this opportunity unique is the prospective student would be working on a project funded by an alliance of 80+ construction companies donating to further the mission to eliminate serious injuries and fatalities from the workplace. Therefore, the student would not only get to work with a dynamic team of nearly 15 faculty members and research assistants at Boulder, CO but also engage with leaders of the industry on a regular basis while conducting cutting edge interdisciplinary work.
