Human CIRP FDG PET/CT imaging of lung cancer patients (NSCLC, Adenocarcinoma) follows the QIBA protocol applied locally (see checklist and patient brochure). Patient are imaged at baseline and after 3 cycles of therapy (immune checkpoint inhibitor + neutrophil inhibitor: Pembrolizumab+SX-682)

Animal CIRP FDG PET/CT imaging of Kras deficient GEMM animals with verified adenocarcinoma lesions are also imaged pre-therapy and immediately following 2-3 weeks of therapy (immune checkpoint inhibitor + neutrophil inhibitor: D265A+AZD13381758) with an imaging protocol aligned directly with the human protocol.
