The room mesh generated by the Augmented Reality headset computer, Microsoft HoloLens, does not come with an innate texturing function.

By utilizing the built-in cameras and depth sensors, images can be taken to texture the room. These textures are passed from the HoloLens to remote nodes, where the textures are patchworked together into a seamless room texture and pushed into a shader customized for the project. In this manner, the room mesh can be bundled with materials to help accurately represent the room for any users of the ASL network. Projected goals to be met as this project develops includes the automatic integration of the texturing process, refinement of texture mapping, and high-end compatibility with the ASL network.
