Neurodevelopmental Program (NDV)
The Neurodevelopmental clinic (NDV) serves as a center for the comprehensive medical evaluation, coordinated consultation, diagnosis and collaborative management of children – birth to 21 years – with complex neurodevelopmental disabilities and congenital anomalies. Areas of particular focus children who experience including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and congenital brain malformations, developmental delay and disability, as well as tics / Tourette’s and related comorbidities (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Learning Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). In each case, a multidisciplinary care model that involves the interaction of multiple expert providers and provides coordinated follow-up is essential. Multidisciplinary evaluations may include evaluations by specialists in orthopedics, rehabilitation medicine, neurology, neurosurgery, urology, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, nutrition, and social work.
This clinical site also serves as a neurodevelopmental diagnostic program that provides an initial assessment of a child whose development is not keeping up with the expectations of family and primary care physician. It also is the site for our Fellow Continuity Clinic, where our Developmental and Behavioral Pediatric fellows see patients longitudinally through their three years of training.

Craniofacial Center (CFC)
The Craniofacial Center (CFC) is dedicated to the care of children with complex craniofacial differences. These include but are not limited to cleft lip and palate as well as craniosynostosis differences. This clinic is multidisciplinary in approach, and has pediatrics, otolaryngology, audiology, speech therapy, occupational therapy, plastic surgery, and dental, orthodontics, oral and maxillofacial surgery, genetics, social work, psychology disciplines participating in the care of children with these complex disorders. Fellows rotate with a variety of providers in the Center to learn about the care provided.

Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine and Tone Management Program (RHB)
The Rehabilitation Medicine program (RHB) and Tone Management Program focuses on treatment approaches to maintain motor function and manage differences in muscle tone. This clinic is also multidisciplinary, involving pediatric rehabilitation medicine, occupational and physical therapy, neurosurgery, and orthopedic surgery.

Program to Enhance Attention Regulation and Learning (PEARL)
PEARL is a diagnostic and treatment program for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder with co-occurring developmental conditions including learning disabilities. This clinic is interdisciplinary and includes pediatric psychiatrists (and fellows), developmental and behavioral pediatrics, and psychology.
