About – We are a green materials science and nanotechnology group inspired by the development of innovative techniques where sustainability and renewability are considered at the early stages of the design process, to manufacture advanced, multifunctional, bio-based materials and composites, characterize their physico-chemical properties, and examine the associated phenomena using mathematical models to establish a fundamental understanding of experimental results at scales relevant to real-world applications.
