I’m Diana Nelson Louden, the Biomedical & Translational Sciences Librarian in the UW Health Sciences Library.
Often when I’m asked to present to a graduate student class, the instructor will ask me to “tell the students what they need to know.” My goal with this blog is to do the same for you: give you practical advice that will help you be more effective and efficient in your work. About once a month, I’ll write about effective database searching, ORCID IDs, identifying reputable journals, documenting research impact, and other things I think you’ll want to know.
Please feel free to send me comments on the blog or requests for assistance. You can also locate your liaison librarian here.
