Type 2 AC disrupted, CC strain Mild vertical separation (normal AC interval 5-8 mm)
Type 3 AC and CC disrupted CC distance 25-100% of contralateral side (or less than 2.5 cm)
Type 4 AC, CC disrupted, Deltoid-trapezium fascia disrupted Distal clavicle positioned posterior to acromion
Type 5 AC, CC disrupted, Deltoid-trapezium fascia disrupted Subcutaneous distal clavicle, superiorly displaced (CC distance >2.5 cm)
Type 6 AC, CC disrupted, Deltoid-trapezium fascia disrupted Rare: Distal clavicle positioned inferior to coracoid
