Jeanne Hoffman, PhD (Co-Investigator)

Head of the Division of Rehabilitation Psychology and Neuropsychology and Professor in the University of Washington Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. She has over 20 years of experience conducting clinical trials involving individuals who have sustained a TBI, and is the PI of the UW TBI Model Systems. She has been involved with the the research team during the development of the On-TRACC intervention, first as a consultant and now as a co-investigator. 


 Rhonda Williams, PhD, ABPP-RP (Site Principal Investigator)

Clinician Scientist at VA Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPSHCS) and a Professor in the UW Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. Dr. Williams is an ABPP Certified Rehabilitation Psychologist who has been the attending Rehabilitation Psychologist for the VISN 20 Polytrauma Network Site since 2004. She has nationally recognized expertise with the assessment of mild TBI and comorbid conditions and cognitive rehabilitation interventions. Dr. Williams has overseen multiple clinical trials at the VA involving Veterans with a history of mTBI, was a core-collaborator on the grant that funded the development of the On-TRACC intervention manual, and is the senior author on that On-TRACC manual. 


Dr. Jennifer Bambara, PhD, ABPP (Co-Investigator)

Rehabilitation Psychologist at VAPSHCS and the Director of Polytrauma Care. She is a co-investigator on Dr. Pagulayan’s current Department of Defense grant. In her role as the Director of Polytrauma Care, Dr. Bambara delivers On-TRACC to Veterans with chronic cognitive difficulties after mTBI and assists with the integration of the On-TRACC intervention into the standard of care for Veterans who are diagnosed with a mTBI and endorse cognitive difficulties following a Comprehensive TBI Evaluation (CTBIE). She also provides important guidance to the research team on programmatic level changes (local and national) that could affect the CTBIE clinics and assists with interpretation of results from a national programmatic perspective, and contributes dissemination of findings.
