Leadership

PBL is led by a talented team of local, state, and national officers, councils, and advisers. Officers and councils work closely with respective leaders to uphold the vision and mission of PBL and to ensure that the needs of our members are met. All local events are organized by your local officers, and conferences and other out-of-town events are usually planned and executed at the state and national association.

Alex CapiSeattle President

Alex is a senior majoring in Communication with a minor in Informatics. This is Alex’s 8th year in FBLA-PBL. His career interests include marketing, public relations, and administration.

Jennifer is a senior majoring in Communication with a minor in Spanish. This is Jennifer’s 6th year in FBLA-PBL. Her career interests include marketing and business.

Maddie Seidel – Vice President of Communication

Maddie is a freshman majoring in Business Administration. This is Maddie’s fifth year in FBLA-PBL. Her career interests include accounting, marketing, and business communications.

Olivia EideVice President of Finance

Olivia is a senior majoring in Public Health. This is Olivia’s 1st year in FBLA-PBL. Her career interests include epidemiology, public health, business, administration, and public relations.

 

 

Shubhangi BansalVice President of Membership

Shubhangi is a freshman intending to major in Business with a minor in Communications and Psychology. This is Shubhangi’s 1st year in FBLA-PBL. Her career interests include business communication, marketing, human resources, and public relations.

Tiexiao is a Sophomore intending to major in Business Administration and Computer Science. This is Tiexiao’s 4th year in FBLA-PBL. His career interests include entrepreneurship and technology.

At every State Leadership Conference (late winter or early spring), there are leadership opportunities to serve on the state level of Phi Beta Lambda. Application deadlines are due between SLC registration deadlines and Day 1 of SLC. Apply here! Deadline: February 15

There are 9 members of the National Officer Team, overseeing the collegiate division of our national association. Positions include:

National President, 5 Vice Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer, and Parliamentarian

National Regions

There are 5 national vice president positions, and each varies upon different regions and the states in them. In Seattle, WA, our state affiliation is Washington and our regional affiliation is the National Western Region. Please refer to our respective national vice president for information about getting involved on the national level.
