Judkins Park as a whole is a neighborhood in flux. It has a mixture of uses, from single family homes and brand new multifamily apartment buildings to restaurants, shops, churches and the large park that gives the neighborhood its name. It also has a mixture of long-time residents and newcomers vying for space in a city experiencing extreme growth.
