Paul Drury Memorial CF Sibling Scholarship

The Paul Drury Memorial CF Sibling Scholarship, one of several awards offered by the BEF (Boomer Esiason Foundation) honors a man who achieved so much in the face of cystic fibrosis. Cystic fibrosis is a disease that an entire family must face head on. The condition many times shapes the lives of not only the patient, but also his or her siblings. The scholarship program aims to highlight the support system that is so critical to success in the fight against CF. The scholarship offers a monetary award of up to $5,000.

Eligibility

The BEF Scholarship Program committee considers the applicant’s scholastic ability, character, leadership potential, service to the community and need for financial assistance.

Each applicant must be an undergraduate or graduate student who has a sibling with cystic fibrosis – but does not have cystic fibrosis themselves. Once candidates have been selected as semi-finalists, they will be granted a phone interview with a committee member.
