Assistantship: Training Specialist for the Empowering Prevention and Inclusive Communities (EPIC) program

The Training Specialist position will have the opportunity to work with a team on the continued development, implementation, and evaluation of the Empowering Prevention and Inclusive Communities (EPIC) training program for the University of Washington UAW-4121 Academic Student Employees (ASEs) and Postdocs. The Training Specialist will facilitate training for ASEs and Postdocs and therefore support the wellbeing and safety of the University of Washington community. The training program includes information regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, intersectional power dynamics, bystander intervention strategies, response options, UW policies and procedures, and union rights.

  • Benefits: The monthly salary is $2,586-$2,986. The position also includes a quarterly tuition waiver and coverage by the Graduate Appointee Insurance Program (GAIP).
