Graduate Teaching Assistant- PHRMCY 536, 531, & 532- 2024-2025AY

The Department of Pharmacy is seeking a Teaching Assistant (TA) for PHRMCY 536, 531, and 532 (all part of the Pharmacotherapeutics course series) during the 2024-2025 Academic Year. Pharmacotherapeutics is a 7-course series which is a critical component of the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program curriculum. This course series provides a foundation in knowledge for patient-centered clinical case management. This TA position supports 3 of the courses in this series. Position:  Graduate Student Teaching Assistant (TA)

Department: Pharmacy

FTE: 50% FTE or 20 hours per week (220 hours per quarter)

Academic Quarter(s): Autumn 2024, Winter 2025, and Spring 2025

Appointment Dates: 9/16/24 to 6/15/25

Requirements: Current Masters or PhD student with good communication and organizational skills. Desired – Health Sciences Graduate student or current graduate student with a PharmD degree.

Salary: Salary is commensurate with academic standing, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for a full tuition waiver and all benefits of UAW Academic Student Employees. This position is paid at the Department of Pharmacy Regular (Non-Variable) rate (see salary charts here).
