Undergraduate Researcher

Jordan (she/her) is a rising senior at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA. She is currently pursuing a B.S. in both Biology and Chemistry, and a minor in STEM Education! She is truly fascinated by cellular signaling and tissue regrowth after injury- particularly in the brain. She also loves learning about signal cascades and downstream effectors, and the connectivity of different cell signals across the body.

Outside of lab, Jordan loves to read and bake! She has a major sweet tooth and loves making anything with chocolate. She also loves being outside: whether that is hiking, hammocking, or just sitting in the grass.

Jordan’s favorite piece of glassware is a 25mL volumetric flask, for no particular reason other than she thinks the shape is cute!
