Bio: Dr. Greil is a fourth year neurosurgery resident at the University of Washington. She grew up in Western New York State. She attended Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio where she earned her medical degree. During medical school she gained her first exposure to the operating room and instantly knew she wanted to be a surgeon. She continued to pursue her interest in the nervous system and was happy to discover that neurosurgery fit with her career goals, allowing her to treat complex patients with acute presentations.

Bio: Natasha is board certified in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the current Brain Injury Medicine fellow at the University of Washington. She strives to improve her patient’s quality of life by focusing on brain & body health, with the ultimate goal of achieving longevity in pain-free movement.
Jami Montagnino, MD

Bio: Jami played basketball at Tulane University for prior to playing in the Italian league for five years. She then returned to Tulane for medical school and is now a third year resident at UW. She is applying for a sports medicine fellowship after residency graduation in 2022.
Rachel Prusynski, DPT, NCS, PhD(c)

Bio: Rachel is a physical therapist, board certified specialist in neurologic physical therapy, and PhD candidate in Rehabilitation Science at the University of Washington. Rachel’s research focuses on the intersection between health policy, rehabilitation practice, and patient outcomes in post-acute care.
Orli M. Shulein, MS,CCC-SLP
Bio: Orli Shulein, MS, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist and Rehabilitation Science PhD student in the UW Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. Clinically, she specializes in high-level cognitive rehabilitation following mild TBI/concussion. Her research examines biopsychosocial factors that influence concussion recovery, and she is interested in developing cognitive rehabilitation interventions that influence subacute recovery trajectories for at-risk individuals.
Tracy Herring, PhD
Bio: Dr. Herring is a rehabilitation psychology postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at UW. Dr. Herring works clinically with individuals with disabilities and chronic health conditions. Her research interests include non-pharmacological management of symptoms and enhancing quality of life.
