Latinx Scholars Graduate School Fellowship

In 2013, a group of engaged, committed UW faculty, civic and business leaders joined together to establish the Latinx Scholars Graduate School Fellowship to provide financial assistance to UW graduate students (master’s and doctoral) who have a demonstrated commitment to Latinx communities.

 

Leadership Without Borders

In 2003, the Washington State Legislature approved House Bill 1079, a historic action that makes a college education much more affordable for certain undocumented students. Leadership Without Borders is the first Washington State undocumented leadership center that has been created with DREAMERs in mind. The center offers a broad base of resources that help build student leadership, community, and empowerment.

 

Latin America and Caribbean Studies Program Fund

We feel strongly that it is important to create opportunities and activities linking students, faculty, staff, and community with broad currents of solidarity, scholarship, and action across the Americas.
