The mission of the UW Medicine Long COVID Clinic is to offer comprehensive, coordinated, and innovative care for patients with Long COVID. Launched in 2020 as part of Harborview Medical Center’s rehabilitation services, the clinic transitioned to a multidisciplinary model in January 2021, incorporating experts from Rehabilitation Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Rehabilitation Psychology. Operating on a hybrid model, the clinic offers both in-person and telemedicine appointments. For more information regarding Long COVID Clinic services, please visit our UW Medicine webpage.

To further our mission of improving care for those affected by Long COVID, our program has several initiatives aimed at increasing the number of clinicians equipped to provide specialized Long COVID care. Through training opportunities and outreach, we are working to expand the capacity of healthcare providers to meet the growing demand for informed, multidisciplinary, and patient-centered care.

We are also committed to raising awareness and enhancing access to Long COVID resources for communities that have been disproportionately impacted by this condition, including rural populations, Latino communities, LGBTQ+ individuals, Alaska Native and American Indian populations, and Southeast Asian communities. By expanding knowledge and resources to these groups, we aim to ensure that every patient has the opportunity to receive the comprehensive care and support they deserve.
