Alicia Hendrix shared her ongoing work with other NIH trainees at the UW Environmental Pathology and Toxicology Training Grant retreat. The meeting was an opportunity to discuss extensions and applications of her studies on the harmful algal bloom-produced toxin domoic acid in aging mouse models, and to promote collaborations and collective problem solving that are essential to successful science.
