Luke Hatcher

Luke graduated with a B. S. in chemistry and a minor in mathematics at the University of Washington in June of 2020. Originally from Puyallup, WA, Luke would like to get into data science.

In his free time he enjoys exploring Seattle, trying new restaurants, playing video games, and skiing in the winter.

Luke is working with Ryan to use Diffusion Monte Carlo to investigate the ground states of various protonated water cluster systems. He is interested in expanding and applying his knowledge of quantum chemistry as well as writing code that is efficient and easily repurposed.
