The Tian Laboratory is recruiting highly motivated postdoc fellows to lead projects on molecular mechanisms linking cell metabolism and mitochondrial function to the development of human diseases. Research in the lab cover a broad range of areas such as heart failure, obesity, immunometabolism and stem cell biology. Available projects include mechanistic studies of NAD(H) metabolism, epigenetic modification and metabolic signaling in acute and chronic stress conditions.

We seek individuals who strive to advance the field of metabolism research.  Records of high productivity, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment are required. Candidates must hold a PhD, MD/PhD or DVM/PhD degree, and be within 2 years of receiving the last graduate degree.
