Jeffrey’s New Paper
Nov 12, 2024
We’re thrilled to announce Jeffrey’s new publication in the Journal of Bacteriology, titled “Quorum sensing regulation of Psl polysaccharide production by Pseudomonas aeruginosa.” Jeffrey is a former postdoc in our lab and now a Research Scientist in Dr. Ajai Dandekar’s lab. He conducted this research during his time with us, uncovering important links between quorum sensing and biofilm formation.
Congratulate to Jeffrey on this latest achievement! You can read the full article in the Journal of Bacteriology.
Welcome, Mengshi!
Oct 1, 2024
We’re excited to welcome Mengshi to our lab! She joins us from Marvin Whiteley’s lab at Georgia Tech as our new postdoctoral fellow, bringing expertise in quantitative biology. Mengshi will be working on exploring protein-protein interactions within the Pseudomonas aeruginosa Wsp system.
We’re thrilled to have her on board and look forward to the contributions she will bring to our research.
Please join us in giving Mengshi a warm welcome!
Xuhui’s New Paper
Sep 16, 2024
We’re excited to announce the publication of a new paper from our lab, titled “The surface interface and swimming motility influence surface-sensing responses in Pseudomonas aeruginosa.” This study sheds light on how the environment may drive surface-sensing responses in different directions.
Congratulations to Xuhui on publishing her first postdoc paper. For more on this study, check out the full article in PNAS.
Congrats to Megan!
We would like to congratulate Megan on recieving her Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Postdoctoral Fellowship!
