  • Research Interests: I am fascinated by how neural systems learn precise behaviors. My current work focuses on studying how birds learn to sing in collaboration with Adrienne Fairhall. I’m currently building models of the song-learning system to understand how variability contributes to learning and how it can be controlled to enhance song performance.
