Rotation Sites

During the Neurological Surgery NEURS 665 clerkship, students in Seattle will have the opportunity to rotate at the following sites: Harborview Medical Center (HMC) 325 Ninth Avenue Seattle, WA 98104

All students will be required to spend part of their rotation at HMC. Alternate rotation facility assignments will be at the discretion of the Clerkship Director. 

If students do not have HMC badge access, notify clerkship administrator at least 4 weeks before your rotation begins to ensure that hospital privileges will be ready when you arrive.

Credentialing instructions:

The SCH credentialing office will contact incoming students regarding the credentialing, badging and training process approximately 6-8weeks before your rotation begins to ensure that hospital privileges will be ready when you arrive.

*Not all students will be assigned to spend part of their rotation at SCH. Rotation facility assignments will be at the discretion of the Clerkship Director. Students will be notified a few weeks prior to the start of each rotation regarding which facilities they have been assigned to rotate at.
