Online Training

Please complete all online training prior to the start of internship, if possible, in the first week if not. These are online trainings and you will receive an email with links to each once you are in the HR system.

Asbestos

  • Online training site used on IE, Safari, or Firefox browsers
  • Upon completion, send confirmation to psychsom@uw.edu.

HIPAA

You will receive an email with instructions on completing this training. You won’t be able to access this training until the start of internship, as your UW Medicine account will not be active until that time.

  • UWMC Learning Management System – Your login is your EID #.
  • If you cannot launch or complete on-line training modules please contact the Help Desk at (206) 543-7012.
  • Upon completion, send certificate of completion to psychsom@uw.edu.

Violence Prevention

  • There are 3 online videos you are you are required to watch:
    • Flashpoint for Healthcare
    • Shots Fired for Healthcare
    • Silent Storm
  • Please confirm you have viewed all 3 videos by emailing psychsom@uw.edu.

Child Abuse or Neglect Reporting Training
