Background
Dana graduated from the University of Washington in 2017 with a B.S. in Environmental Science and Terrestrial Resource Management and a minor in Environmental Studies. She took a year break before starting her MS assisting with field work in varying wildfire topics and teaching environmental education in a camp setting.
Research Interest
Dana is currently working in collaboration with Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission looking at Mt. Spokane State Park in Eastern Washington to address fire history, management prioritization, and future fire risk.
