About me:
I am a PhD student at the University of Minnesota working with Yong-Zhong Qian. I plan to graduate in summer 2024, and will be looking for postdoc opportunities that start in Fall 2024.

Broadly speaking, I am interested in the use of astrophysical models to better understand nuclear physics, specifically nucleosynthesis. My recent research has focused on the use of abundance data from metal-poor stars to constrain the chemical production of both Core-Collapse Supernovae and of Neutron Star Mergers. I have also previously done research on the structure of dark matter halos. In the immediate future, I will work on combining these ideas to build a more complete model of the chemical evolution of r-process elements in galaxies.
