Annual Open Meeting hosted by the Equity & Inclusion Committee

The Equity & Inclusion Committee hosted an open meeting for the SAFS community. The agenda can be found here. The meeting started with a presentation summarizing the the committee’s mission, charge, members, recent work, and works in progress. The presentation can be found here. To finish the presentation, a couple of the authors of the proposal for an equity audit described their detailed version in greater depth. We all discussed a number of questions submitted in advance, and then opened up for any additional questions not yet covered. Meeting notes are currently being prepared by the committee and should be available on the SAFS DEI webpage around the end of November.
