About the Staying Connected through Communication Survey
Do you qualify for this survey?
We are looking for participants who:
- Are age 18 years or older
- Live in the U.S.
- Do NOT live in a nursing home or similar medical facility (it is ok if you live in a retirement home that does not provide medical care)
- Speak English comfortably enough to complete questionnaires
- Have been diagnosed with spasmodic dysphonia (also known as laryngeal dystonia)
- Have experienced changes in your voice for 3 months or longer
