Refund Policy:
A written notification of a cancellation must be received to issue a refund. No refunds will be issued following February 30, 2026. A $75.00 processing fee will be deducted from refund requests received. The processing fee will only be waived if the course is cancelled by the University of Washington, Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. Cancellation by the registrant prior to the official cancellation by Rehabilitation Medicine will not result in a subsequent return of the processing fee.
Our office reserves the right to cancel when a minimum enrollment is not met or for other reasons that prevent the Department from holding the course. Each registrant will be notified by written notification and receive a full refund. The University of Washington, Department of Rehabilitation is not responsible for any other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.
