New data on poverty rates across the UW was recently released and there was fairly good news for Washington state. Our poverty level is declining slightly. At the same time, Average incomes happened to increase so hopefully the trends will continue on their path. Poverty alleviation is a cornerstone of sustainability. >> Read more here…
