Forecast: August 2nd, 2020

By Sara Salimi

Happy Sunday Huskies,

This weeks temperatures are going to stay within the mid 60s to low 80s. Therefore, we are getting a break from the uncomfortable heat that we experienced last week. If you are looking for a bit of that Seattle soggy weather, then Thursday may be the day for you. There is a possibility of scattered showers Thursday that may not last very long. Temperatures cool off a bit as we get closer to the end of the week.

Today’s highs are going to be reaching the low 80s with lows dropping to the low 60s. Skies remain clear and the sun is bound to shine very strongly today. So, if you are planning to go out make sure to wear sunscreen to protect you from the UV. Temperatures are expected to exceed climatological normal. Normally highs of today would be around the upper 70s.

Let us know if you are looking forward to the cooler weather this week!
