A Slightly Chilly Weekend

Happy Friday, Huskies! As the quarter begins to ramp up and we prepare to head into week 3, the weather will stay fairly mellow — although we have been running cool for this time of year.

Temperatures tomorrow will stay just under 50 degrees, when we usually expect highs to be in the mid-to-upper 50s in early April. Today’s persistent clouds will also carry into tomorrow, along with some classic scattered April showers and morning breeze.

Those of you wanting to make some outdoor weekend plans should aim for Sunday if possible, as it should be a little nicer and warmer than today or tomorrow. The high on Sunday should be in the low-to-mid-50s, with a chance of showers but also some sunbreaks especially in the afternoon.

Next week will start off cloudy and cool, with temperatures back in the mid-to-upper 40s and a chance of showers on Monday. Conditions will clear up a bit, though, with some sunshine and temperatures nearing 60 by Wednesday.

Hope you all have a fantastic weekend, and try to stay dry out there!
