- Location: Peak Forum
Meet your Mentor/Mentee and create goals for the upcoming school year.
January - April: Mentorship & Professional Development Events
Mentorship & Professional Development Events

- Plan to attend at least one event per quarter (even better if you attend with your mentor/mentee)!
- Continue regular individual meetings and evaluate initial goals.
Mid-April: Peer-to-Peer Mentorship Wrap-Up Celebration
- Date: TBD
- Final meeting & closing evaluations
Expectations
- Four-month commitment from November 2024 to April 2025
- Monthly communication
- A minimum of three meetings
- Mentees take initiative in scheduling meetings
- Timely and professional communication
- Arrive prepared for meetings
- Prompts and discussion questions will be provided
- Have an agenda, come prepared with questions, and/or topics for discussion
