Mentor/Mentee pairings are announced on Monday, November 4th via email.

  • An initial meeting is highly encouraged before kickoff!

  • Date: Monday, November 18th
  • Time: 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
  • Location: Peak Forum

Meet your Mentor/Mentee and create goals for the upcoming school year.

January - April: Mentorship & Professional Development Events

Mentorship & Professional Development Events

  • Date(s): TBD
  • Plan to attend at least one event per quarter (even better if you attend with your mentor/mentee)!
  • Continue regular individual meetings and evaluate initial goals.
Mid-April: Peer-to-Peer Mentorship Wrap-Up Celebration
  • Date: TBD
  • Final meeting & closing evaluations

Expectations

  • Four-month commitment from November 2024 to April 2025
    • Monthly communication
    • A minimum of three meetings
    • Mentees take initiative in scheduling meetings
  • Timely and professional communication
  • Arrive prepared for meetings
    • Prompts and discussion questions will be provided
    • Have an agenda, come prepared with questions, and/or topics for discussion
  • HAVE FUN!
