Founded in 2015, UW BioEngage is the official industry engagement organization of the University of Washington Department of Bioengineering.
Mission: BioEngage connects the biotech and medical device industries with UW Bioengineering trainees and faculty to build meaningful, mutually beneficial, and sustainable relationships.

BioEngage hosts several events aimed at helping Bioengineering students network with industry professionals and learn about the industry landscape. These events include networking mixers, happy hours, industry seminars, company site visits, panel discussions, and more.

In the 2024-2025 year, BioEngage organized 9 events, attracting 34 companies and 570+ attendees.
