Lucas Owen

 

Lucas Owen is a PhD student in the Department of Political Science at the University of Washington. His interests include the political economy of institutions, development, and industrial organization. Currently, his research examines the strategies of organized crime in Mexico. He holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Washington and worked as a market researcher before returning to UW.
