Update on 25Live Implementation Progress

Since we launched the first phase of 25Live in mid-September, which involved simple meeting requests and viewing space availability, the Project Implementation Team has been vigorously working to prepare the system to transition event scheduling.  The next step is to have pilot users put our draft event module to the test.  We will offer a few sessions between now and Friday, November 2.  We have asked our most frequent UUF submitters to join us for these sessions.

Participant feedback during the pilot sessions will be used to make improvements to the system before we launch event scheduling in 25Live.  Event scheduling in 25Live is tentatively scheduled to be available for the start of winter quarter.
