Event requests moving to 25Live Monday, December 10

As you are likely aware event requests will be submitted via 25Live beginning Monday.


What does this mean for me as a requester?

1) Online training will be made available to department-approved users on Monday.

2) UUFs will no longer be accepted.

3) Your existing UUFs need to be transitioned to 25Live.

 

What should I do?

1) Take the online training.

2) If you have existing UUFs sign-up for a drop-in session for assistance with moving your requests.

3) If you have questions attend a drop-in session or reach out to a member of the 25Live Implementation team.

 

If you are an RSO you will be contacted directly by the Center for Student Involvement for your training opportunities.

 

Drop-in Sessions available as follows:

Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:30 – 2 p.m. (Dec 11, 13, 18, 20 and Jan 3, 15 and 17) — Dougan 101
Fridays 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. (Dec 14, 21 and Jan 4, 11)  — Dougan 101 (January 11 hosted in Science 109)
