Open to all UW undergraduates on the Bothell, Seattle, and Tacoma campuses. Awards range from $500 - $1,000!"Did you write a great paper, create a cool final project? Did that project use information that you found through the library and other resources available to you? The University Libraries want to reward you for your work.

Every spring, the University Libraries hosts an annual Library Research Award for Undergraduates. This tri-campus award recognizes students’ projects that demonstrate outstanding ability to identify, locate, select, evaluate, and synthesize library and other information resources and to use them. There are cash awards of $500 and $1,000, and submission categories for upper division thesis projects, upper division non-thesis projects, and lower division projects.

All UW students who are currently enrolled, or have graduated between Spring 2018 and Winter 2019 are eligible. Please check out the Library Research Award for Undergraduates website for more information. Completed applications, including a letter of support from a faculty member, are due by 11:59pm on May 6, 2019.
